By using the Optima Pest Control website you agree to these terms. Use of the Optima Pest Control platform by property management customers and service providers is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if there is any conflict.

About the service

Optima Pest Control coordinates pest service requests between residents, property management teams and independent service providers. Optima Pest Control does not perform pest control services.

Service providers are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, personnel and work performed.

Demonstration content

Interfaces on this website labelled "Demo Data" contain fictional properties, requests, providers and figures shown for illustration only. They do not represent actual customers, service volumes or outcomes.

No affiliation

Optima Pest Control is an independent product of AIcelerating. Any third-party names referenced remain the property of their owners, and no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or infringe the rights of others.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AIcelerating is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
