Who we are

Optima Pest Control is a product of AIcelerating ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information collected through the Optima Pest Control website and platform.

Information we collect

Business contact details submitted through our forms, such as company, portfolio size, markets, name, phone number and email address.

Resident request information submitted through the platform, such as unit number, contact details, pest type, urgency, preparation status and access notes.

Service records created by providers, including status updates and service notes.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use information

To respond to demo and contact requests, to operate the platform, to route requests to eligible providers, to coordinate appointments and communications, and to produce reporting for property management customers.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use resident information for advertising.

How we share information

Request details are shared with the property management customer responsible for the property and with the service provider assigned to the request.

We use service providers (for example hosting, email and customer relationship management tools) that process information on our behalf under contract.

We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We retain request and service records for as long as needed to provide the service and as agreed with the relevant property management customer, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Residents should contact their property management company about their request data; we assist our customers in responding.

Business contacts can ask us to update or delete their contact information by emailing privacy@optimapestcontrol.com.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date shown below.
